Senior Organisational Consultant – Possibl – London, UK (Hybrid with international travel) – 18 month fixed term contract, potential to go perm

Possibl is delighted to be recruiting on behalf of a well established, values and purpose driven international consulting firm known for their high quality, big impact advisory services supporting executives with realising their leadership, strategy and transformation goals.

This initial 18 month maternity cover sits within the European consulting team, partnering with the colleagues in the UK and Northern Europe on projects for major name clients across complex topics such as organisational development, transformation, leadership, ED&I and sustainability.

About you:

• Highly experienced organisational consultant with experience managing end to end consulting projects
• A trusted advisor to senior leadership
• Expertise in one or more of the following: leadership development, organisational development, culture, strategy, DE&I.
• Ability and track record contributing to business development, as well as bids, proposals, RFPs
• Ideally relevant academic qualifications such as business, leadership, psychology, organisational analysis
