Chartered Senior or Associate Director Building Surveyor to Work for Stewart Watson
Hybrid working – London Office on Fleet Street
Salary – Up to £75,000 + Guaranteed Bonus in the first year
Capstone have partnered with the team at Stewart Watson to recruit a Chartered Senior Building Surveyor to join their highly experienced and well-established team who operate within the commercial sector in London for investment and occupational purposes!

Your Role:
Your role within the company will be to undertake the core Building Surveying services and help support the team around you, the work consists of:
Building surveys for Investment or occupational purposes
Contract Administration
Preparation of specifications and schedules of work
Drafting of Standard Contract forms
Collating project documentation
Defect analysis
Dilapidations
Project Monitoring
Preparation of Schedule of condition and negotiating on behalf of Landlord or Tenant
Party Wall Matters
Project Management of new build and fit out projects

MRICS Qualification
Friendly and efficient
Team player
Commercial Consultancy experience
