My client is on the market looking for an experienced Senior Operations Officer who will be responsible for security and have a strong focus on physical asset security as well as managing service delivery functions within the organisation. You will also be expected to assist in the development of policies, procedures, service plans and budgets within departmental corporate plans. This role would suit a candidate with experience of working in a senior operational role with a focus on physical security operations. You will have experience of developing and implementing security policies, procedures, rules and regulations and be able to work within a safety critical environment.��
Essential:

• A Degree is desirable or relevant experience, an HND/C or equivalent management qualification is essential.
  
• Strong & excellent communication skills
  
• Yu must be highly motivated, professional, reliable and capable individual you will be able to work under pressure while assessing operational situations and taking appropriate action.
  
• Must have strong stakeholder management expertise to work with internal and external stakeholders to ensure services are delivered provide a positive change.
  
• Physical Asset Security expertise.
  
• Engineering/Physical Assets Assurance expertise
  
• Risk Management, Incident Investigation experience
  
• Put together Asset Management Plans
  
• Experience with asset audits including ISO standards
  
• Physical Assets Security operations
  
• Development of security policies, procedures and service plans.
