The Senior Operations Manager will play a pivotal role in overseeing our supply chain, distribution network, and logistics partners to drive operational excellence and support our expansion goals.ResponsibilitiesLead and mentor a specialized team responsible for order management, inventory control and logistics operations.Drive efficiency improvements in warehouse operations, inventory management, and order fulfillment to meet service level agreements (SLA’s).Develop, implement, and govern KPI reporting to monitor operational performance, track key trends, and identify areas for improvement. Utilize data analytics to drive decision-making and operational optimization.Establish and maintain strong relationships with 3pl partners, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations and performance metrics.Anticipate and plan for capacity requirements to support market growth and seasonal demand fluctuations. Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation to enhance scalability.Manage budgetary responsibilities related to distribution operations, optimizing costs without compromising quality.Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Global Supply Chain Functions, Sales, Marketing and Finance, to align operational strategies with overall business objectives.Drive cross-functional strategic initiatives to improve customer experience and overall cost structure of the business providing visibility to the milestones, and performance across all projects. RequirementsBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. Master's degree preferredProven experience (8+ years) in distribution management, preferrable within the Beauty industryDemonstrated leadership ability, with the ability to engage and motivate others. Experience managing teamsExceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.Proven track record of success in optimizing operations, driving efficiency improvements, and managing complex supply chain networks. Experience in program or project management is a plus.Good reasoning, conflict management, and analytical and problem solving skillsStrategic mindset with the ability to lead initiatives that drive operational excellenceFamiliarity with regulatory requirements and compliance standards in the distribution space
