The Vacancy
Who we’re looking for
As Senior Operations Manager, you’ll lead a high performing reactive, empty homesservice for our in-house team. Working closely with our service partner Kier, you’ll help us deliver our agreed service standards and targets.
You’ll make sure work is carried out according to our contracts, identifying ways to drive continual improvements across all workstreams. Every day you’ll inspire your team to put our customers at the heart of our service and help keep customers’ homes in the best possible condition.
You’ll have experience of working at a senior management level in a social housing maintenance environment, and leading and motivating a team to deliver results and excellent customer satisfaction. With relevant Health & Safety qualifications, you’ll hold expert knowledge on compliance and scheduling, and hold a full driving license. Occasional weekend and evening work may be required.
