About the role
As a Recovery Team Manager, you will report to the Regional Operations Manager and manage a 14-bed mental-health supported living service. Duties will include assessing the needs of referrals coming into the service and ensuring their transition enables greater independence through a personal recovery journey. You and your team will ensure their support plan and tenancy are maintained to build on the strength, independence, resilience, and recovery of the individual. You will build positive working relationships with staff, service users and outside agencies, carry out staff reviews, assess risk management, and map out move-on pathways when appropriate.
About you
You will be an experienced manager within a mental health service, who can build an inclusive workplace within recovery and able to gain respect and trust. You will have an understanding of recovery principles and legislation. We are looking for the job holder to have a relevant qualification in health and social care and be a driver.
