About the role - As a Senior Operations Manager, you will be a strong leader with a background in extra care and supporting Registered Managers. You will have developed trusting relationships with local authorities, housing providers and external agencies. Duties include ensuring the extra care services deliver high levels of care with excellent staff performance, ensuring CQC adherence, supporting senior staff and managers to reach service users and regulatory expectations.

Knowledge, Qualifications and Experience required -.We are looking for someone with a relevant professional qualification (e.g. Diploma in Social Work, RMN/RGN, NVQ 4/5, RMA), who is a proven manager with good knowledge of residential or community care for older people with mental health support needs and/or Dementia, CQC regulations, degree or equivalent level education and able to carry out audits and risk assessments.
