Culligan International offers technologically advanced, state of the art water filtrations products, including: water softeners, water filtration systems, industrial water treatment solutions, drinking water systems and home-water filtration systems.The Senior Operations Manager will be working in partnership with the Operations Director and Head of Operations to steer and guide the Field Operations team to achieve growth through a significant period of change.Responsible for leading a team, the Northern Senior Operations Manager will be responsible for ensuring the Strategic Development Plan (SDP) and relevant targets are met across the Midlands, North and Scotland. What the Role Involves: • Promoting a Health and safety culture in the day to day function of the Culligan Operations Team.• Shaping and executing the Field Operations Strategy across your regions ensuring alignment to wider business objectives.• Accountable for driving the operational and commercial performance of your regions, continuous improvement and sharing of best practice of which there are 9 Service Centers• Accountable for delivering the Operational SDP plan and revenue targets.• Responsible for recruiting, leading, inspiring and managing your regions• Working to achieve development and growth in the skills and capabilities of your regions• Building close working relationships between the Customer and the necessary operational and support teams to ensure effective and efficient delivery of scheduled activities and management of stock/ inventory• Taking responsibility for your regions and accurately updating all relevant systems with key information to enable successful resolution of scheduled activities, inventory management and tracking of all mandatory KPIs• Accountable for your regions governance and adherence to procedures and compliance with company policy and best practice. Including, but not limited to, any external audit requirements• Ensuring compliance with the end to end Field Operations processes, policies and proceduresWhat we’re looking for: • A proven excellent track record of leading Field Operations and Logistics teams across multiple locations• Experience in managing a high volume of remote field operatives across multiple regions• Sound understanding of Fleet Management and Transport Legislation• Demonstrated strong ability to influence and construct business strategy and improvements• Ability to handle a range of diverse and competing priorities• Demonstrated excellent commercial awareness •Ability to resolve challenging situations in a clear, empathetic, conciliatory manner• A proven track record of providing excellent customer service• Strong oral and written communication skills• Full and valid driving license with a maximum of 3 points (none of which are for dangerous or careless driving)• Competence in using Microsoft Office tools• Sound knowledge of Health and Safety in operational roles• Strong ability to consistently achieve targetsWhat we can offer: · 25 Days Holiday· Additional Annual Holiday option to buy or sell · Pension Scheme · Product discounts · Cycle-to-work Scheme · Online discounts/perk platform · Enhanced Maternity & Paternity Leave · Life Assurance· Opportunities for ongoing Training & Development· Employee Assistance Programme - Counselling
