You can help us fulfil our vision The role The Senior Operations Executive position will work within the UK Operations team and will report into the Head of Operations (UK). Your goal will be to manage the Quality Resolutions, Onboarding and Comms delivery team within Operations, ensuring that:- We onboard the right number of couriers at the right time- We incentivise couriers on the Stuart platform to deliver to the highest operational quality standards for their clients- We work collaboratively with our outsourcing partners to execute processes accurately and efficiently- We communicate clearly and effectively with the courier fleetWhat will I be doing?
You’ll be responsible for leading and developing a team of operations executives/junior operations executives. You’ll empower them to deliver high quality work and support them to grow and develop in their careersYou’ll own the budget for Onboarding and Quality fraud losses and work with UK and Global stakeholders to drive efficiencies and achieve cost savings for StuartYou’ll lead your team to improve and optimise our processes around each of the three topics, driving efficiencies and high standardsYou’ll liaise with client facing teams (e.g. Regional Management and Account Management) to understand their needs and expectations, implementing changes where requiredYou’ll work with Global Operations and directly with Stuarts outsourcing partners to ensure efficiency and accuracyYou’ll work with your team to manage sensitive issues as they arise, aligning across the business on the best resolution and working to adapt our processes to include these instances in the future, if appropriateYou’ll contribute towards the courier communications plan for the UK, working with your team to deliver on this and adapt where needed, looking for opportunities to drive engagement with couriersWhat do we need from you?
Minimum 3 years of work experience in an operational, consulting or startup rolePrevious experience of managing teams is a plus, but is not required to applyPrevious experience in any of the related areas (Quality, Onboarding and Communications) is a plus, but is not required to applyStrong attention to detail and calm under pressure - you have experience dealing with situations that require work under pressure due to their sensitive nature and/or tight deadlinesYou’re able to rapidly identify opportunities for improvement and drive operational performanceYou enjoy working cross functionally and have strong stakeholder management skillsThe stuff you wanna know Work in an international, dynamic and passionate environment with a company culture focused on learning and development Hybrid working model and flexible hours Food allowance £200 monthly(groceries/restaurants/food apps etc) Stuart Academy with regular workshops, Stu-Classes, and Stu-TalksStuart is puttingMental Health Awarenessfirst!
