Our focus is on providing trusted advice and guiding our clients on their journey to better business analytics and decision-making.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time role for a Senior OneStream Consultant at Concentric Solutions. As an experienced OneStream Lead, you will be responsible for coordinating the solution architecture, design and technical delivery of our OneStream implementation projects. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs, advise on process change, and ensure successful project outcomes.The role is a hands-on solution delivery position and involves leading other team members in the performance of their assigned tasks. As one of the more senior practitioners in our consulting group, you will be required to demonstrate domain leadership, drive best practices and contribute to team learning and development.This is a field-based role, with a base from home (UK only) and regular meetings on client sites and at our head office in Keele. Key meetings tend to convene face-to-face, but with flexibility for remote working during other stages of our engagements.QualificationsA minimum of three years of experience in leading and implementing OneStream projects [Required]Strong knowledge of financial planning, financial close and management reporting processesProficiency in corporate performance management and business analytics technologiesExcellent problem-solving and analytical skillsAn accounting qualification or equivalent industry experienceProven business rules configuration expertiseAbility to communicate effectively with clients and stakeholdersExperience in project management and team leadershipFlexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environmentBachelor's or Master's degree in a Finance and/or Computing disciplineThe ideal candidate will have previous Consulting Practice experience implementing OneStream and other similar CPM technologies. They will have engaged on several end-to-end solution delivery projects and aspire to leading teams of consultants on some of our larger client projects.We will accept applications only from candidates with RIGHT TO WORK in the UK.
