As the Senior Nurse (RGN), you'll be expected to:
Oversee clinical operations and provide guidance to other nurses on shift
Collaborate closely with Physiotherapists, Occupational Therapists and other members of the multi-disciplinary team
Utilise some of the worlds leading medical devices and technologies
Assist with performance management of junior staff, adhering to the organisation's policies and procedures
