As a Senior Consultant, you will work closely with clients to understand their business needs, design customised solutions, and lead implementation projects from inception to completion.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead discovery sessions with non-profit clients to assess business requirements and objectives.
Design and implement customised Salesforce solutions to meet client needs, including configuration, customisation, and integration with third-party applications.
Develop and execute comprehensive implementation plans, ensuring successful project delivery on time and within budget.
Provide expert guidance and support to clients throughout the implementation process, including user training, change management, and ongoing technical support.
Conduct regular assessments and audits of existing Salesforce implementations to identify areas for optimization and improvement.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, administrators, and project managers, to deliver high-quality solutions that exceed client expectations.
Stay current with industry trends and best practices in Salesforce and non-profit technology to continuously enhance service offerings and deliver maximum value to clients.
Qualifications:
Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder, and Salesforce Certified Nonprofit Cloud Consultant are highly preferred.
Minimum of 5 years of experience working with Salesforce, with a focus on non-profit organizations.
Proven track record of successfully leading Salesforce implementations from discovery through deployment, including customization and integration with third-party applications.
Strong understanding of non-profit business processes and requirements, with the ability to translate them into effective Salesforce solutions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and effectively collaborate with clients and internal teams.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
