You will provide a 2nd/3rd line level of Network Support while performing maintenance, monitoring and testing to maintain network uptime. You will be trained within a multi-vendor environment supporting both R&S and firewall solutions for a range of clients.Upon your first day you will be enrolled into their L&D program which has an excellent reputation within the industry.You will need:
* CCNP or JNCIP
* Experience within a helpdesk or NOC
