Senior Night Care Assistant (Hours:08:00 to 20:00)
Responsibilities as a Senior Night Care Assistant:
Shift Accountability:
Conduct a walking handover, ensuring all residents are accounted for at the start and end of the shift.
Ensure staff contribute to the efficient running of the home, creating the right atmosphere, and leading by example.
Training and Development:
Support the training and development of all staff.
Ensure the implementation and monitoring of the in-house training program to a high standard.
Personal Care and Safety:
Support residents with all aspects of personal care while promoting independence.
Ensure the home is safe and secure.
