Senior Network Engineer

Network Engineer | Nr Finsbury Square | 6 Months+ | £425 – £525/Day Jonothan Bosworth Recruitment Specialists are currently working with an international organisation as they look to secure Network Engineers for their key client based near Finsbury Square, London. The ideal candidate will have proven experience with either Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and/or AWS along with severalyears network industry experience. THE BASICS: As Network Engineer you will guide customers on how to best configure and deploy their Google Cloud Infrastructure consisting of network architecture, application security, identity and access management, logging, monitoring. If you are have experience consulting with customers on how to best design, deploy and optimize their cloud network infrastructure for availability, reliability, performance and scale then this role may well be for you. Network Engineer’s will create and deliver best practice recommendations, tutorials, blog articles, sample code and technical presentations adapting to different levels of key business and technical stakeholders. THE KEY SKILLS: We are looking for CCIE certified engineers with 2 years experience with either GCP and / or AWS (VPC, DirectConnect / interconnect, Firewall). Candidates should be strong communicators with consultancy experience and have several years network industry experience with strong (Native data centres). If you have knowledge of ‘scalable’ networking design including high availability, redundancy, failover, DR and load balancing coupled with effective network routing protocol troubleshooting skills in BGP, OSPF, ISIS, and MPLS then you will be highly sought after.
