The role would see the successful individual manage our commercial relationships with a number of our key national retailers spanning Grocery, Convenience and/or High Street.We need someone with experience of managing these kinds of customers who will be able to hit the ground running – immediately building trust and credibility internally and externally to deliver against our strategiccustomer plans. You will need to be familiar with all aspects of commercial account management within theCPG industry, while also being a team player excited bythe start-up challenger brand landscape and looking to make an impact in a fast-paced environment. The role will involve full P&L responsibility for the customer baseso requires someone with a strong eye for detail and excellent commercial acumen, capable of reporting upwards on performance, category dynamics, forecast accuracy etc.This is an amazing opportunity to join a high-performing Sales function within the UK’s Fastest Growing Soft Drinks Brand, and to have a genuine impact on the nation’s mental health.About You2-5 years’ work experience.Strong experience in building and maintaining retailer relationships.Highly numerate with proficiency in Excel.Excellent P&L literacy.Strong communication, organisational, negotiation and presentation skills.A ‘can do’ attitude.A passion for health & wellness and a desire to joinour mission to help millions find calm amidst the chaos.A team player who believes we will achieve more together.The PackageA lovely, bright, and spacious office 1 minute from Notting Hill Gate station, surrounded by TRIP pastel-coloured houses.
