Job Description We are super excited to announce that we are now looking for a high calibre Senior National Account Manager to join our Head Office team on a 12-month Maternity cover contract! The purpose of the role is to manage our department store channels across the UK & IE inorder to meetsalestargets, andotherobjectiveswith focus on key account management, profitability and sales growth. Key Accountabilities: Developing relationships with keyretailpartnerstoinfluencebrand positioning, distribution and brand awareness. Maximisingthe potential of existingpartners& onboardpotentialnewpartners. Negotiatingand unlocking opportunities to drive incremental wholesale revenue, exploring secondary space opportunities and optimising sell-in. Taking wwnership of forecasting process per account, factoring in NPD and marketing initiatives. Directing, coaching and supporting theteamin effective key account management and push sales targets by developing the right competencies and efficient working methods. Liaisingwithlocal and centralMarketing Teamstocreate full 360 marketing plans per accountin line with key commercial momentsandensurethey are executed to the highest standards. Liaisingwith theCentralHead Officeteam in the Netherlandsto ensure that theUK & IEwholesaleagenda is metand Selective DistributionStrategyis fully implemented by partners. Leading the training planforfront line teamswith localtraining team and Account Managers Attending retailer conferences/roadshows and be the face and voice of Rituals. Drivinggross and retail sales growth in a profitable and sustainable manner. Developing and influencingretailer partner relationships in order to maximise sales opportunities,buildbrandawareness andvisibility. Working in afull360 manner with retailer teams to include buying,supply, marketing, training and .com functions. When appropriate,propose new locations or upgrade the selling environment in eachpartner location. Looking to maximisestock availability for partnersthrough planningfor successandby liaisingcontinuouslywith ourpartners and customerfulfillmentteam in CHO. Ensuringthat AccountManagers are focussed on delivering the account strategyfor each locationandbuilding effective relationships at a local level with partner teams. Qualifications At least 5-8 years in working in beauty/wellbeingsector ideally with a large FMCG business. Extensive experience of working with large, multiple retailers Demonstrable sales success ideally with abeautybrand in the UK/ Ireland Experienced in creating 360 plans with key UK based multiple retailers Strong analyticalmindset with extensiveknowledge ofusingExcel,PowerPoint andWord. Strong experience of using and understanding retailer sales reporting systems, managing the supply chain and creating 360 account plans Leading, managing and developing individuals Experience of working in a matrix organisation would beadvantageous
