Job Description
We are looking for talented motion graphic designers to join our growing team!
Nicely Done is a video and animation agency based in the centre of Reading, one minute’s walk from the train station. We work with some of the top brands in the world including Google, Vodafone and VISA.
To be considered you must know After Effects like the back of your hand, with ideally five or more years of experience using the programme. You should also have at least three years working in the industry. A familiarity with Premiere Pro is also required. Knowledge in Cinema4D, Illustrator, Photoshop is a bonus.
Our ideal candidate will be able to take projects from brief to final delivery, communicating effectively with the rest of the team throughout. You’ll work effectively with storyboards and bring creativity and imagination to your animations.
You should be positive and self-motivated, working successfully to meet targets and deadlines, switching between multiple projects with ease. You must have an eye for design whilst also being organised and meticulous over the details.
We are all very passionate about creating awesome work for our clients in a friendly, supportive and down-to-earth atmosphere.
Applications must include a showreel, or portfolio of your motion graphics work.
Requirements
Proficiency in After Effects, creating bespoke 2D motion graphics.
A showreel or portfolio with examples of branded work.
Experience with Premiere Pro.
Ability to work on multiple projects with tight deadlines and stay calm under pressure.
Passion for staying up to date with current motion graphics trends and techniques.
Technically minded. Great at troubleshooting. Able to use Windows.
Nice To Haves
3D motion design in Cinema4D, ideally with experience in Octane or Redshift.
Experience using Red Giant suite, as well as any other common plugins.
Skills in Illustrator and Photoshop.
Experience designing style frames and storyboards.
Job Types:
Full-time on location in Reading offices, work from home Fridays.
Salary:
£38,000.00 to £48,000.00/year depending on experience
