Collaborative and driven, you will work alongside a team dedicatedto creating the ultimate shopping experience for our valued customers.Key Responsibilities:- Conduct MOTs accurately and skillfully, ensuring adherence to required standards and completion of administrative processes.- Provide oversight of the MOT juice standards system.- Document detailed reports of each vehicle, including identified defects or failures, and effectively communicate results to customers or the Service team.- Assess vehicles against specific criteria such as structural integrity, emission levels, lighting, brakes, steering, suspension, and other safety-related components.- Follow standardized test procedures to carry out MOT tests accurately and efficiently.- Report and document all additional work required on both systems and job cards.- Clearly explain technical repair requirements to customers using accessible language.- Ensure all work is completed safely and complies with Company, Brand, and industry guidelines.Qualifications:- Previous experience as a qualified nominated MOT tester, accredited by the DVSA, is essential.- Brand accreditation is beneficial but not essential, as brand training will be provided.- Customer-centric approach with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.- Enthusiastic and optimistic attitude, taking ownership of actions and decisions.- Methodical approach to problem-solving with clear communication skills.- Valid driving license free from excessive penalties is essential.Why Join Croxdale Group Durham?We are committed to providing an exceptional colleagueexperience, reflected in our enticing benefits package, including:- Competitive OTE (£), dependent upon qualifications and experience.- Generous annual leave entitlement of 31 days (including bank holidays), rising to 34 days after 3 years' service.- Flexible working options, including the possibility of a 4-day week or 5-day week with NO WEEKENDS!- Comprehensive training and leadership development programs.- Lucrative colleague referral scheme, worth up to £1000 per referral.- Preferential Service Rates (extended to family and friends).Our Ambition:At Croxdale Group, we strive to be the best place to work and shop.
