We have an opportunity available for a Senior Service Delivery Manager to join us based across four South London sites (Richmond & Wandsworth).  You will join us on a part time (30 hours per week) or full-time (37.5 hours a week), 12 month fixed tern contract basis, and in return, we are offering a competitive rate of £30,240 per annum (for 30 hours a week) or £37,800 for full-time hours.  We also offer some great employee benefits.

About the role:



As our Senior Service Delivery Manager, you will effectively lead the London management team in accordance with Servol policy & procedure and contractual requirements. You will ensure that individuals living with serious mental illness receive the support they need delivered in the way that is most effective for them and at the right time.

Key responsibilities of our Senior Service Delivery Manager:




  • To build a motivated and engaged team focused on meeting Servol’s current and future contractual requirements as well as maintaining the quality of support provided.

  • Be responsible for managing the delivery of a range of services which meet the highest professional standards. The role will involve ensuring services are effective, safe and provide the quality necessary to meet the needs of our service users.

  • Inspire your management team to create a culture of excellent customer service.

  • Coach your managers to enable them to effectively lead their teams.

  • Create a culture of excellence ensuring London wide contract outcomes measures and internal KPIs are achieved.

  • To oversee financial management for all services (including facilities, consumables, and service user payments).

  • Proactively participate in policy development and service delivery improvements.

  • To undertake professional report writing and timely information gathering for both an internal and external audience. 

  • Ensure relevant statutory, regulatory, and professional standards are wholly achieved in relation to policies/processes/procedures.

  • Set and encourage high standards of performance and demonstrate a commitment to good practice and continual improvement in all areas of the organisation’s operations.



What we're looking for in our Senior Service Delivery Manager:




  • Level 4 or equivalent in Health and Social Care or related subject.

  • A proven track record of successful delivery of accommodation and support services for people with complex needs.

  • Previous responsibility for the management of operations in a social care environment

  • Good communication skills, including the ability to influence and negotiate (internally and externally)

  • Proactive and innovative manager able to secure high levels of performance from colleagues, and the ability to manage difficult conversations.

  • Able to demonstrate a values-driven approach that matches Servol’s organisational values.

  • Able to travel, and willing to work outside of core hours when needed as our services are operational 24 hours a day 365 days a year.
