After a busy start to the year a full-service Medical Communications agency is looking for a Senior/ Principal Medical Writer to join the team! This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to take ownership over assigned brands and deliverables, with a focus on upholding quality standards, style guidelines, and medical writing norms. They work across multiple verticals including promotional medical and healthcare advertising content ; innovative, UX-friendly digital content; and non-promotional medical content (including advisory boards, medical education and congress materials).
What You'll Do:
Lead the charge in writing, reviewing, and polishing a diverse array of materials, including launch materials, training modules, reports, and slide kits.
Ensure every word is on point, with a keen eye for clarity, consistency, and compliance with industry standards.
Dive deep into the data, conducting thorough literature searches to infuse our content with the latest evidence and insights.
Collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams to keep projects on track and deadlines met.
Play a pivotal role in developing and maintaining our best practices, protocols, and guidance documents.
Help us shine in new business meetings by crafting winning proposals and slide kits.
Keep our templates on point and our clients impressed with your attention to detail.
Lead by example, guiding and mentoring junior team members to greatness.
Assist our Principal Medical Writer in staying ahead of resource needs and recruiting top talent.
What You Bring:
A proven track record of success in medical writing, backed by industry experience (3+ for Senior or 5+ Principal).
Deep knowledge of medical writing guidelines and standards.
Experience juggling various document types with finesse.
A knack for delivering top-tier reports that are both scientifically rigorous and engaging.
Sharp proofreading skills and a laser focus on accuracy and compliance.
Tech-savvy with proficiency in MS Office applications and reference management systems.
