The Re:course leadership team includes deep medical, AI and life science experience.The roleWe are hiring for a motivated and adaptable medical education writer/editor & instructional designer to play a leading role in the development of our next-generation healthcare education/CE activities. You will have the opportunity to work on expanding content offerings on a transformational AI-driven online medical education platform for clinicians across the globe, with the opportunity to grow your career while contributing to initiatives that truly make an impact on physicians, nurses, and other healthcare providers. The ideal candidate will be an authentic team player with experience in converting complex scientific information into engaging and creative interactive content maintaining the highest standards of accuracy, being detail-oriented and comfortable in a deadline-driven & dynamic environment.What you’ll be doingDevelop engaging medical education content for physicians & other healthcare providers, aligned to client goals with the highest clinical and regulatory standardsEnsure best practice in learning & instructional design incorporated into solutions, including learning objectives and outcome measuresMaintain up-to-date knowledge of important and emerging clinical literature and guidelines, with the ability to quickly upskill in new clinical domains. Recruit and develop relationships with relevant medical experts/societies.Collaborate with team members and clients on proposal development including ideation, planning and execution (producing clear and impactful presentation documents)RequirementsAt least 3 years’ experience as a medical writer/editor or education director for a medical
education/communications/publishing
