Job DescriptionSENIOR MEDIA PLANNERJob Description:-Responsibilities:- ● Develop campaign and channel strategy recommendations based on client briefs ● Tailor media strategies to evolving client challenges throughout campaigns ● Manage relationships with third-party providers and negotiate media packages ● Curate complex media plans and ensure timely campaign launches and asset sharing ● Analyse campaign data to derive insights and optimise performance ● Deliver compelling presentations to clients and stakeholders ● Directly manage and mentor a team of media professionals Requirements:- ● 3-5 years of experience in media planning, management, and negotiation ● Recruitment / Employer Branding agency experience preferred ● Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Ads, and digital marketing ● Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and lead a growing media team ● Demonstrated ability to develop and mentor team members Benefits:- ● Early Friday finish at 4pm ● Agency-wide bonus scheme ● 26 days annual leave including guaranteed birthday day off and Christmas closedown ● Hybrid working model with allowance for home office setup ● Season ticket loans ● Enhanced maternity, paternity, and adoption leave ● Socials: we’ve got an internal Fun Squad that organises occasional get togethers, studio lunches, and social events plus a two-day annual Xmas trip
