Senior Mechanical Projects Manager required for leading privately owned Mechanical and Electrical Contractor based in Wiltshire that specialise in Installation and maintenance on all mechanical and HVAC plant. They have established contracts / clients with universities, hospitals, schools and private sector.
As the successful Senior Mechanical Projects Manager

• Senior Mechanical Projects Manager will be responsible for the growth and development of the Client base
• Senior Mechanical Projects Manager will manage and be responsible for your own P&L sheet
• Senior Mechanical Projects Manager will have full control over delivering mechanical installations, ranging from �50k-�2m on time and within budget
• Senior Mechanical Projects Manager will be responsible for clients within Wiltshire and surrounding areas
• Senior Projects Manager will develop and implement strategies for the effective management of project contracts, from initiation through to completion, including extensions and renewals
• Senior Mechanical Projects Manager will �80k basic negotiable on experience and knowledge + OTE for this role is �100k (if targets are acxhieved) + car/ allowance + Bonuses + package

To qualify for the Senior Mechanical Projects Manager

• Senior Mechancial Projects Manager will have a strong mechanical background
• Senior MechancialProjects Manager Experienced in managing your own P&L sheet
• Senior Mechanical Projects Manager must have proven experience in winning and developing new clients
• Senior Mechanical Projects Manager to have proven experience delivering multiple projects, up to �500k in value on time and within budget
• Senior Mechancial Projects Manager must have excellent negation skills, with the ability to solve complex contractual and management issues
• Senior Mechanical Projects Manager will benefit from a salary of up to �80k basic negotiable on experience + OTE for this role is �100k (if targets are acheived) + car/ allowance + package
