What the client is looking for:
Experience in Design of high-speed automated material transfer systems.
Hands-on experience designing and implementing functional mechanisms for automation and handling of small objects.
Experience of automation and precision engineering.
Experience in Pharmaceutical manufacturing, food manufacturing.
Proficient user of SolidWorks.
Design precision mechanical systems for 24/7 operation with minimal downtime.
Completed projects using rapid prototyping technologies such as 3D printing.
What you will be doing:
Designing and building and testing – building an automation facility. You will be making an important contribution to the development of automated production systems. Taking the lead on a specific component, contributing to the larger project or troubleshooting an existing system. This role combines designing unique components – Handling and processing individual insect containers – Integrating them mechanically and collaborating with electronic engineers. Must be able to deliver good operational systems. Worked with stepper motors, servo motors, automatic material handling systems.
