Senior Mechanical Engineer

This role is key to continuing our commitment to provide effective and fit for purpose solutions to our customers across the globe. Always innovating to meet non-standard product specifications utilising formal design concepts.
Reporting to the Engineering Team Leader you will be part of a small multi-disciplined team working closely with Operational and Service departments.
In this role you will provide guidance to the team on technical matters and ensure adherence to best practice processes, co-ordinate a workstream by being the point of contact and driving the deliver of work in line with team and business objectives and prepare and check technical documents and reports.
This role would suit a strong problem solver, who is able to cope with the unexpected issues effectively through excellent communication.
Experience Requirements:
Minimum of 4 years industrial design experience
Degree in Mechanical, Product design or Industrial Engineer or equivalent experience
Experience of designing and development using structured design techniques
A proficient user of CAD Software
The Successful Candidate:
Will possess clear and effective communication skills
Supports and always encourages positive working behaviours in others during tasks
Adaptable and able to cope with the unexpected, managing issues effectively
