Senior Mechanical Engineer

Mane are looking for a Principal/Senior Mechanical Engineer for a leading multi-disciplined engineering company
Start: ASAP
Contract: Long Term/Permanent (Hybrid)
Location: Aberdeen/Scotland
Responsibilities:
Work within an engineering team, attending client meetings and creating reports, calculations, drawings, and specifications.
Prioritize safety in design and consulting practices, following company and project-specific health, safety, and environmental plans.
Lead by example in challenging unsafe activities and supervise junior team members.
Direct and oversee Engineers, Senior Engineers, Designers, and Graduates within projects.
Communicate effectively with clients and team members.
Represent the company professionally with clients, suppliers, and vendors.
Lead design teams for projects in Energy from Waste, Anaerobic Digestion, or District Heating sectors.
Ensure delivery of all design requirements, including schematic drawings, layout drawings, and calculations.
