DescriptionIRC223877 – SENIOR MATERIALS SPECIALIST At Eni, we are looking for a Senior Materials Specialist within Eni UK in London . You will be responsible for  managing the material supply chain line for Eni UK. Coordinate, expedite and monitor the delivery of Eni UK materials, ensuring correct supply and warehousing policies are carried in accordance with core control processes and local operating procedures. Ensure to keep full compliance and efficient performances of Company warehouses and storage locations.As a member of the logistics department at Eni UK you will be responsible for:·         Focal Point for Material and Stock Management in Eni UK;·         Ensuring safe, efficient and cost effective operations;·         Monitoring material management and inventory performance, costs, targets and KPI’s;·         Maintenance and co-ordination of material management and optimum inventory levels;·         Maintaining current Material Management documentation and procedures; ·         Supervising on the correct application of the procedures as well as the respect of the local and international regulation in force concerning import and export;·         Completion of annual audit of company inventory, in support of Logistics Manager;·         Ensuring HQ LOGIS data requirements are met (LOGIS database / ABC analysis etc);·         Developing, training and maintaining Master Requirement Planning data into SAP MM;·         Developing and maintaining standard material and warehouse procedures, user guides and other necessary training and job aid materials, along with training as needed.·         Ensuring the completion of Inventory audits;·         Performing and participating in HSE audits and assessments at site (Warehouse and storage location);·         Participating in Emergency Response duty rota/activities as required;·         Ensuring adherence to the Company’s Health, Safety & Environment policies, procedures and standards;·         fully comply with Eni Code of Ethics.·       Managing for Eni UK all the Material Management activities and related services including SAP transaction activity and coordinate regular review processes to establish control compliance and system efficiencies;·         Planning and implementing the overall materials’ supply chain strategy in collaboration with the Logistics manager and other Company functions;·         Keeping proper material accounting registry trough the usage of Company’s ERP system (SAP) and coordinates regular reviews to ensure process compliance;·         Providing budgetary and cost control/monitoring of the material management services;·         Following up of warehousing services tendering process i.e. purchase requisition issuance, technical analysis for contract award and post award contract administration;·         Monitoring the Contractors/Subcontractors performance, in terms of safety and operation, setting objectives and meetings in support of Logistics Manager;·         Providing functional management to all plant and stores locations personnel and set and monitor compliance & efficiency objectives and deliverables;·         Supporting the Logistic Manager in managing the logistic activities as requested;·         Ensuring full compliance with applicable Law, Best Practices and OGP Guidelines and Company requirements;·         Conducting and taking part in inspections, internal and external audits as required;·    Liaising with HQ for the Material and Inventory management activities and provide feedback to HQ in supplying relevant data, including 6 monthly inventory usage review and monthly maintenance of the Logis DB;·        IMT Participation;·         Attending Emergency Response drills and respond in the event of an Incident;·         Initiating/participating in accident/incident investigations where needed;This is the opportunity for you if you have these skills and requirements:·         Degree level qualification preferred (Engineering or Materials Management preferable·         Previous oil and gas industry experience required.·         In depth Knowledge of the following ICT Tools:·         SAP MM (ECC version)·         WMS (Warehouse Management Systems)·         MRP (Materials requirement planning)·         MS Office·         Knows how to read material datasheet, MSDS and material certificates·         Comply with requirements of the Competency and Training Matrix for Liverpool Bay.Location:LondonContract type:Permanent At Eni we believe in enterprising people, capable of making a difference and making their contribution with passion and innovation, to respond to the global challenges of the energy transition.
