A newly created position has arisen for a Senior Marketing professional to join our client who is a successful and growing business within their industry. This crucial role will focus on the UK marketing strategy working alongside key stakeholders and leaders to enhance commercial awareness and further growth. This is a part time (0.8FTE, 30 hours per week) position, across 4 or 5 days.

Senior Marketing Manager Responsibilities:

As the Senior Marketing Manager your key duties will include:


  • Collaboration with agencies on relevant marketing act
  • Design and develop comprehensive marketing strategies across digital marketing, PR, branding and lead generation
  • Manage marketing budgets
  • Monitor and improve marketing processes
  • Lead and manage ad hoc projects
  • Motivate, lead and develop a marketing team

Senior Marketing Manager Experience


  • Demonstrable experience in a strategic, operational and senior marketing position
  • Confident and disciplined marketing professional
  • Proven ability to lead and manage a team
  • Experience with complex marketing projects and managing agency relationships
  • Excellent communication skills and proactive under pressure
  • Familiarity with the industry, however this is not essential

Location

This is a part time (30 hours per week), permanent position, starting in September 2024 ideally. There will be hybrid working, with around 2-3 days per week at their Thame office.

The salary advertised is based on the full time equivalent.
