We are looking for a motivated and experienced Senior Marketing Operations Manager to join our team! As a Senior Marketing Operations Manager, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day execution of our marketing campaigns and ensuring that all marketing activities are in line with our company’s mission and standards.

Competitive and transparent pay practices, wellbeing programmes and benefits with choice What You Will Do: Manage campaign creation and executionWork with Demand Generation and cross-departmentally to implement best-practicesCreate email templates and segmentsCoordinate the Marketing activities calendar to ensure there is no overlap of campaigns going to the same segment.Own email nurture strategy, creation, and reporting.Ensure data is accurate to support post-mortem campaign reportingAnalyse data, assess trends, and determine actions to optimise performanceEnsure the accuracy and timeliness of the dataManage and maintain the functionality of Marketo, including system configuration, data management, and integration with other platforms.Develop and maintain documentation and standard operating procedures to ensure consistent and efficient use of Marketo across the marketing team.Manage and enhance relationships with vendorsCoordinate various ad campaigns, events and other related activities What You Will Need: Minimum of a bachelor's degree in marketing, communications or related field8+ years of experience in Marketing Operations / AutomationFamiliarity in MS OfficeCompetence in MarketoProficiency with CRM systems, such as Salesforce, and their integration with marketing automation platforms.Experience with reporting and analyticsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsExcellent project management acumenAbility to prioritise tasksHighly developed attention to detailStrong interpersonal, analytical, organisational, and presentation skillsAbility to work independently in a fast-paced environmentWe believe each member of our team deserves to see a path forward to achieving their career and financial goals.Each team member is required to have a career plan in place and reviewed with their manager after six months with our team.The starting pay range for this role is £65,000+ with 5% MBO.Pay progression is based on performance.Our pay programmes are just one element of our commitment to Be the ONE place you want to thrive in life.
