Senior Marketing Operations Manager

Your new company This is a fantastic opportunity to work with the Marketing Senior Leadership Team of a Professional Services organisation based in Bristol. In this critical and newly created role, you will take the lead on day-to-day coordination of resources and budgets across the Marketing department. Working as a key support to the Chief Marketing Officer, you will provide end-to-end oversight of departmental budgets, resource planning, risk and control frameworks and policies. Your new role Key responsibilities include but are not limited to coordinating and reporting on department budgets, managing the creation of the annual marketing planning process, creating and maintaining a supplier framework and taking day-to-day ownership of key marketing projects as required. You will work closely with multiple stakeholders both internally and externally, working collaboratively with colleagues of all levels across multiple departments within the organisation, as well as managing external relationships such as agencies and suppliers. What you'll need to succeed You will be able to demonstrate previous senior level experience within a marketing operations position, with experience of managing departmental budgets with a strong focus on commercial outcomes. You will have excellent reporting and presentation skills with experience of reporting to Senior Leadership Teams. Excellent relationship management skills are required for this post. What you'll get in return £60,000 - £65,000 per annum plus a wide range of benefits including (but not limited to) an annual bonus, 38 days annual leave (plus opportunity to buy up to 5 more days).
