An exciting position has arisen for an experienced Senior Marketing Manager to join our team at Eastleigh Borough Council.Band 10 - £47,917The roleThis role will play a key part in launching eastbrooke homes - Eastleigh Borough Council’s new consumer housing brand. You will be responsible for leading and managing the Commercial Marketing function, developing, organising and implementing of campaigns and promotions to support the delivery of sales targets.One Horton Heath, our first development, is a 310-acre mixed-use development being uniquely delivered by Eastleigh Borough Council and will see a mix of new homes of which 35% will be affordable, a new local centre, new 3-form primary school, new employment and mixed-use retail space and include 125-acres of undeveloped green space.About youWe are looking for an experienced professional with demonstrable marketing or brand management experience in a B2C environment, with a proven track record of delivering against targets. Experience in the property sector will be beneficial, especially of delivering development marketing strategies and effective campaigns on time and within budget.The ideal candidate will have experience of developing and executing marketing campaigns across a range of channels, including digital and more traditional offline channels, while managing and inspiring a team. You will be equally comfortable with day-to-day marketing activities, as well as long-term strategy development.This is an exciting role, offering the opportunity to be involved in establishing an innovative new consumer housing brand in the region, with a growing team and increasing opportunities over the coming years.Closing date: 20 May 2024Interview date: To be confirmed
