Senior Marketing Manager

This is an exciting opportunity for a senior marketing manager to join a company within the motor industry! Their main aim is to deliver high-quality products tailored to meet the needs of businesses across various industries. Some of the key responsibilities:Develop and execute the go-to-market strategy in alignment with the overall business objectives, working closely with the Commercial Director and other key stakeholders. Lead the development of marketing plans and campaigns that effectively communicate the value proposition and resonate with target audiences across multiple sectors. Collaborate with the commercial team to ensure marketing efforts are aligned with sales objectives and support lead generation and customer acquisition initiatives. Manage the company's online presence, including website content, social media channels, and digital advertising campaigns, to enhance brand visibility and drive engagement. Monitor and analyse marketing performance metrics, including lead generation, website traffic, and campaign effectiveness, and make data-driven recommendations for optimisation and improvement. Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in marketing and apply insights to continually enhance marketing efforts. Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing marketing team, fostering a collaborative and results-driven work environment. Some of the requirements:Proven experience in a senior marketing role, with a track record of developing and executing successful go-to-market strategies in a B2B environment. Demonstrated expertise in digital marketing, including website management, social media marketing, and digital advertising. Strategic thinker with a results-oriented approach, capable of balancing long-term goals with short-term priorities and delivering measurable results. Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field; master's degree or professional certifications in marketing or business administration preferred. Proven experience and a track record of success in a senior commercial role within the commercial sector, with a focus on brand building and marketing.
