Salary - DOE Location – London Bridge 4 days a week (WFH Fridays) Start Date - ASAPLevel – perfect for a go-getter SBM or HOM who has management experience What you’ll do:Full Funnel UK Marketing Strategy with a focus on DigitalLeading and steering brand Piccolo – we’re growing Gen G and we need to make sure everything funnels up to thisDeveloping and executing disruptive online and offline campaigns, including digital marketing, brand partnerships, and on the ground activation.Analysing marketing data and user feedback (campaign results, conversion rates etc.) to help shape future marketing strategiesAn understanding and ease with, (coming from previous experience) of Customer Acquisition & Retention, Performance Marketing, Display, Affiliates, Social Media, PPC, SEO, Content Marketing, Digital PR, E-Commerce across in-store and online.Direction and accountability for Trade Marketing (Shopper Marketing) execution Team leadershipMotivate and support a marketing and creative team helping them to deliver the day-to-day whilst always improving processes and efficiency.Help achieve KPIs from the Marketing Team to feed into wider Business goals.Leverage insights from various areas of the business to inform planning and process.Work with the Sales team to drive effective and cost efficient retail activation.Collaborate closely with NPD teams on product range and new launches. Understand how to get the best from the team in an ambiguous fast-moving environment.Budget and reportingEffectively manage the marketing budget ensuring decisions are based on suitably rigorous ROI analysisAgility to flex approach depending on performance pulling levers needed at the right timeGrip and desire to track activity/spend.
