Senior Marketing Manager

Our mission is to help the world work Anywhere, and we are excited to share a new opportunity to join our global Mattering (Marketing) team as Senior Marketing Manager, reporting to the Head of Mattering & Impact.
In 2021, we rebranded our Marketing team to the Mattering team - in a move to focus more on what ‘really matters’. Over and above delivering the growth ambitions of our business,
we aspire to make a positive global impact - thinking long-term, giving back to causes that need it most and doing good for our people, our customers and our planet.
Although AnywhereWorks can be viewed as a big international company, we feel and operate very much like a start-up — with an all-hands-on-deck mentality! You need to be comfortable with a fast-paced environment and global collaboration.
The Role

Purpose and mission should be at the forefront of decisions.Grow the AnswerForce and ServiceForge businesses.Lead across a range of marketing activities, confidently reporting on KPIs and ROI.Build and nurture partnerships in niche target industries.Lead and deliver on in-person and virtual event strategies.Build and grow referral channels.Own the organic social strategy to enhance brand visibility and trust.Dive deep to understand user touchpoints and lead on product marketing initiatives to improve customer experience.Own the Giving Back strategy – working with a diverse range of non-profit partners.Collaborate and work well with others. About you
You’re the kind of person that gets stuff done.Business (and marketing in particular) excites you.You know what you’re doing (3+ years experience in a similar role).You’re intrigued by what we do (B2B services/tech/SaaS).You’re great to work with (excellent communication and influencing skills is a must).You’re detail-focused with an eye for quality (you don’t settle for ‘good enough’).You’re comfortable with inspiring teams to work together in a fast-paced environment across the globe.You’re comfortable with pushing boundaries and trying new things.
