And we’re always honing our craft.Who are you?We’re looking for an ambitious, experienced and forward-thinking senior marketing manager to join our marketing team working across our Commerce and Performance business units.We’re going through a period of rapid and exciting growth and are looking for someone to help us build on that growth by sharing our story with our clients, our prospects, our people and the industry at large.Your roleEvery day is different in the marketing team (that’s one of the reasons we love it…) but some of your core responsibilities include:Owning the delivery of all marketing activity across our Commerce and Performance business units—from running events and designing email campaigns to curating whitepapers and producing social-first video content— while managing internal design, copy, editor and developer resources and communicating outcomes to senior stakeholders efficiently.Managing our awards calendar, working with teams to craft entries, create compelling supporting assets and proofing, editing and submitting all entries.Managing our monthly reporting activity to ensure we are always measuring and optimising our output through the lens of the strategic outcome we want to achieve.Day to day management of our PR agency, managing press office activity and driving forward our ongoing industry thought-leadership programme by proactively suggesting new bylines or spokespeople for industry comment.Galvanising the wider agency to lean into our marketing activity, and getting more voices from across the business contributing and sharing our successes back into the business at large.Managing and elevating our social media presence across Linkedin, Instagram and TikTokSupporting the wider growth team in effectively managing our new business activity within Hubspot our CRM system, working with them to connect all marketing activity back to business growth.Manage bravebison.com, ensuring our case studies, insights, investor information and core agency messaging remains up date and working with our inhouse developers to make iterative improvements to ensure the website remains operational and future-fit.To be successful in this role, you’ll be:Curious: you’re outgoing, hungry to learn and excited at the prospect of working in a busy, dynamic team. You’re experienced in juggling multiple projects at once and able to prioritise, multitask and manage your time efficiently.Relationship-driven: you’re great at building connections, lifting others up and communicating expectations clearly. Managing multiple stakeholders doesn’t phase you and persuading others to lean into agency marketing activity is second nature to you.Adaptable: you don’t believe in the word can’t. You’re ready to hit the ground running, test new approaches and learn new skills.
