Job DescriptionSenior Marketing ManagerFinancial ServicesBorehamwoodWe are excited to be working in conjunction with an award winning key client of ours on their search for a Marketing Manager.Our client are looking for an experienced all-rounder marketer with a collaborative approach to both traditional and digital marketing. To manage a talented team to deliver all goals and objectives of the business. Be responsible and oversee the effective management of the Marketing department.You must have a good understanding of the specialist lending markets and be proficient with all aspects of marketing including Digital.A creative, to do attitude and with a competitive streak in wanting to perform and do well in the bridging industry, promoting, educating, and improving the brand and services to a very high standard.Management and delivery of the complete Marketing Plan & Budget in an efficient and timely mannerManagement of the department including the Digital Marketing Manager, Marketing Assistant, Marketing Associate and Graphic Designer to include role support, workload structure and holiday approval. Agree marketing objectives and KPIs for all activities where possible.Work closely with counterparts in other departments as required, such as Underwriters and Sales, Product and Compliance, and represent Marketing when needed on projects, product working groups and in other forumsDesign and Development of at least four separate business campaigns per yearManagement of external relationships with suppliers to deliver quality PR and CommsTo ensure HubSpot, SEMrush and all other tools are effectively used and are up to dateTo work on new initiatives, platforms, CRMs to improve the businesses reach and performanceManagement of external relationships with partners to push out the company message through Digital and Traditional advertising mediumsManagement of Email Marketing channels to compliment the external advertising through all partnersManagement of all shows and exhibitions to include negotiation, design, booking and liaison with external stand designersDelivery of four Lending guide and Asset-backed brochures per year including one large design overhaul per yearSupport the Business Development Managers with appropriate literature and merchandise to allow them to adequately inform Brokers of our offeringReporting of activity and subsequent analytics through the weekly and monthly reportsSupport the delivery of the Digital Marketing Plan in line with the overall Marketing Plan with a collaborative approachManagement of the website and all other sister related sitesEnsuring SEO Optimisation of all channels and for all sister related companiesManagement of Social Media channels to push out messages in line with main email marketing and external advertisingReporting of all marketing analytics through the weekly and monthly reportsManagement of monthly new case-study stock from the under-writing teams (Broker & Direct client)To keep marketing department in line with current initiatives and manage the smooth delivery of allTo be abreast of all competitors and consistently work to improve the brand and value add of the business to the bridging industry
