Job DescriptionLine management of the marketing and comms team, including overall project management, ensuring deadlines are metWorking closely and pro-actively with key internal stakeholders (including Sales, Customer Success, Product and Account Management) leading and coordinating to deliver projects targeted to generate awareness and acquisition, optimising the marketing division's positionManage event and conference planning, ensuring activity is strategically aligned to the business objectivesUnderstand our customers, target prospects, competitors and markets through analysis of qualitative and quantitative dataWith a strong understanding of digital campaigns and delivery, execute campaign planning, management and evaluation, ensuring data is optimisedDefining, developing and delivering marketing strategies to ensure communications are clear and constantly aligned across all marketing channelsDeliver regular reporting on marketing activity and performanceAnalyse complex qualitative and quantitative data and insights to support strategic developmentDemonstrate effective agency and freelance briefing, management and drive for deliveryDay-to-day management of marketing budget, ensuring optimised spend The Successful ApplicantOver 7 years' proven experience in marketing and comms leadership roles ideally working in Financial Services/Capital markets spaceProven experience in B2B strategic and performance marketingExperience in start-up/scale-up environments advantageousExperience with CRM tools, Salesforce/Pardot knowledge advantageousBe able to prioritise tasks and use own initiativeHigh integrity and transparencyHighly efficient, focuses on solutions, and sees tasks through to successful completionHigh attention to detailA positive hands-on and "yes, we can" approachAble to work in a fast-paced environment What's on OfferSalary is 65-75kThey are looking to hire asapYou will work with the marketing and design team ASAP start senior marketing manager position
