About us:Wifinity was founded in 2007 to solve a problem—our armed forces were struggling with reliable connectivity. While living in barracks, often in remote locations, ordering a landline and booking in an engineer just wasn’t an option.
And that problem isn’t exclusive to the military, either. Students living in university accommodation, families visiting holiday resorts, or living in shared accommodation and retirement communities.
Conventional home broadband doesn’t always work for them.
Wifinity is different. We offer the same benefits as traditional broadband, such as super-fast speeds, WiFi, and secure and private networks, but none of the downsides. We even offer Pay As You Go and flexible contracts, so customers only pay for what they need without hefty penalties or long contract terms.
We take the complexity out of connectivity. The opportunity:We are looking for a senior marketing manager to lead brand awareness, demand generation, and B2C customer conversion. You will be working into the marketing lead, and have significant visibility and influence across the company – including with our senior leadership team / CEO / investment board. It is an exciting opportunity to show-off your conversion marketing skills, introduce new channels and build and optimise creative campaigns to create business growth. You will handle everything from message development to creative asset design, multi-channel delivery, ROI reporting, budget and insight, working with a network of external agencies. You will also be line managing a junior marketing operations manager, and their development. We want Wifinity’s marketing to pop! We might be a telecoms company, but we want to strip away the complexity for our customers.
As an experienced, creative B2C marketeer, you will be comfortable with end-to-end marketing planning and delivery, including market research; defining value propositions; ideation; creative briefing; copywriting; organic and paid social media; email campaigns; website management; partner marketing; field marketing – and opening new routes-to-market.
This is a significant opportunity to make a commercial and strategic difference to a major, high-profile area of our business.
Your contribution will help determine our ongoing B2C product and propositions roadmap development. Key areas of focus: Identify and segment target market data.
Achieve PAYG revenue targets.
Deliver GTM strategy for new B2C products, including fixed-line connectivity.
Define and manage execution of B2C marketing strategies and campaigns.
Develop "point-of-sale" promotional material and other physical marketing assets.
Define and deliver impactful yet cost-effective awareness and demand generation marketing strategy.
Support major commercial bids where end-customer usage (B2B2C) is a key component with high-quality written and visual content to enhance response quality.
Implement automated (CRM-based) demand-gen and lead-nurturing activities using content-led marketing approaches. We use Salesforce Marketing Cloud and specifically seek someone with demonstrable experience in programme delivery using this platform.
This role will support / contribute to:
Staying informed on market trends and competitors, providing analysis and insights.
Developing products and propositions, from strategic recommendations to execution planning and delivery.
Identifying and cultivate partnerships with third-party technology/service providers to expand our offerings and reach new markets.
Monitoring and analysing B2C sales performance, making recommendations for improvements to our GTM approach and service development based on lessons learned.
About you: A master of B2C marketing principles and lead the charge in executing a diverse programme of digital, content and field marketing and sales enablement activities.
Conversion optimisation specialism
Confident in your recommendations, backed by data-driven insights that drive results.
You’ve got commercial intelligence, confidently assessing and presenting marketing effectiveness metrics to top-tier decision-makers.
Able to take charge and show leadership, by asking the right questions and pioneering innovative solutions.
Creative, able to offer fresh ideas to elevate business performance.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Fluent in English.
Enjoys a busy, dynamic environment, demonstrating resilience and flexibility in the face of a challenge.
Competency in standard MS Office applications like PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience to deliver automated, logic-based campaigns that engage audiences.
