Senior Marketing Executive

C&C Search is actively seeking a marketing executive to join a growing boutique finance organisation in a small team of three. A great culture in a close knit, friendly and fun team, the right person will promote in 12-18 months to Marketing Manager.Duties:This is a strong generalist role with varied duties covering email campaigns, SEO, paid advertising, copywriting, website marketing, blogs, socials, events, collateral and projects like website revamps etc.Producing marketing content across various platforms including social media, print and internallyTaking the lead on targeted advertising campaigns (LinkedIn, Google Ads, Google Analytics)Running company social media accounts (LinkedIn, Twitter)Organising and managing events for up to 200 attendees and smaller round tablesCreation of copy, blogs and thought leadersManaging e-mail campaigns on Mail ChimpResponsibility for managing the CRM (Dynamics 365)Communications - internal and externalReporting and analyticsSupporting teams across the business with their marketing goals, especially salesAbout you:You love being challenged and growing, sitting still isn't your vibe or your employers-you bring positive energy, kindness, drive and great ideas to every team!A 2.1 or above degreeYou are a strong copywriter and have a passion for the well written word3-5 year's experience in marketing for boutique finance or professional servicesTheir clients are complex science and tech businesses, so if this is something you are interested in or interested in learning more about that would be great.Chloé DiChiara-Hill - Director, lover of travel and parent to two ducks and a house bunny.At C&C Search, diversity, equity and inclusion are at the core of who we are and how we operate.
