Job Description12 month FTC Wealth management firm seeking Senior Digital Marketing executive to join the teamSpecific responsibility for content creation, corporate communications and branch marketing support.Messaging & Content CreationCreate and develop original content and adapt existing content for marketing communications, digital properties and promotional materialsWrite original copy and proofread materials to an extremely high standardReflect the brands messaging throughout all new and existing materials and resources consistently and in-line with the corporate tone of voice - including references to culture where appropriateEnsure that all messaging across corporate and branch materials and website/s is consistent, relevant and up-to-dateWork closely with the marketing designer on marketing material creation, provide guidance on copy considerations and review final versionsDevelop content KPIs with marketing designer for monthly reportingReview/approve branch marketing materials in various formats, maintaining brand integrity and assisting branches with marketing best practice guidanceProvide assets and guidance resources for ongoing branch marketing activity, developing new ideas and content on request from branches and the businessProduce content for events, coordinating with senior leaders on key messagingDesign engaging presentations, to relay key messagesCoordinate internal communication events – including ideation, event comms, prep sessions, setup of Zoom webinars, and diary invitations.Corporate Communications & PRContribute to the PR strategy and discussions through idea generation based on informed market insights and wider business and marketing strategy knowledgeCo-ordinate PR activity and foster relationship with external PR agencySupporting branch brand building through local PR initiatives in relevant consumer pressSupporting corporate brand initiatives and brand awareness activities through targeting top tier publicationsReview and produce press releases in line with the firm’s messaging and compliance considerations for both trade and consumer press activityManage the media monitoring process using third party software and ensure monthly press activity reporting is accurateCo-ordinate corporate communication activityWork with senior leadership on key messaging for internal and external audiencesProduce communications and presentations in line with agreed messagingContribute to additional internal and external communications projects as they ariseAttributes and QualificationsExperience ideally within wealth management or financial services.Excellent attention to detail essentialUniversity degree or equivalent qualification in Marketing, English/English Literature or Journalism preferredExcellent communication skills, including written, verbal and presentationalStrong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work cohesively as part of a team, as well as independentlyProactive and innovativeSound project management, administrative and organizational skillsAbility to prioritize and meet deadlines whilst maintaining a very high standard of accuracyOptimistic, energetic and confident individual
