We've been in the game for 25+ years, delivering meaningful social impact and transforming young lives for the better.The RoleWe’re looking for an experienced Senior Marketing Executive with a passion for storytelling, digital content creation and customer satisfaction to join our purpose-driven team.An essential part of this is role is to reach and engage relevant target audiences in the education sector. You will be central to the delivery and execution of multiple marketing campaigns across a range of channels, including: email, paid media advertising (e.g. Meta, TikTok and Google Ads), organic social media content, direct mail and email automation. You will lead the marketing delivery for multiple programmes from concept development to market implementation, for an exciting range of world-class clients, both existing and new. Not only will you be leading on campaign delivery, but you will also have an analytical eye and be responsible for optimising and reporting on campaigns once they are live, using our bespoke live campaign dashboard reports.We are looking for an excellent communicator, strong copywriter, driven by detail, brilliant at nurturing relationships and working on campaigns that make a difference to society. Get in touch now.Key responsibilitiesWorking with the Marketing Manager you will create and implement marketing strategiesIdentify target groups for email and direct mail campaigns and work with external data suppliers to segment dataEmail and social media copywritingPaid media activation (setting up, activating, monitoring and reporting for paid media campaigns on Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads Manager)Email marketing activation (building, manage and track email campaigns on DotDigital)Working with our creative team to brief and manage marketing design assetsTrack and monitor campaigns and report insights back to clients using various reporting platforms, adapting campaigns where necessaryWork with the Marketing Manager to develop new business proposalsLead weekly client meetings and work with clients to ensure campaigns are delivered on schedule and to budgetStay up to date with key educational trends to support activationOther job-related duties as assigned.Skills, Experience and QualificationsProven and demonstratable success in marketing roles within an agency environmentExperience of Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager and email marketing essential (Tiktok Ads Manager is an advantage)Experience in email CRM platforms and email automation processes (Dotdigital is an advantage)Demonstrable experience in leading, building and maintaining trusted relationships with clientsStrong written and verbal communication skillsCopywriting is accurate, appropriate and requires little to no editingStrong organisational and time management skills with ability to multi-task priorities and handle different projects efficientlyA creative thinker, able to problem-solve and develop new approaches to communications tasksActive on social media and interested in keeping up to date with trends in this areaCompetent with Microsoft softwareEducation market experience not essential, but interest in education is!The perksOpportunity to be a part of a purpose-led business, making real impact and now launching as a new London agencyEnergetic, engaging, and welcoming teamA flexible work culture with remote-first work environmentGenerous holiday entitlement: 25 days + bank holidays (with an extra day for each year of service completed)2 wellbeing days to take at your leisureEnhanced Family Friendly Policies & PayCompany-funded private health insuranceLife Assurance benefitEyecare SchemeLaptop + any additional tech extras requiredEmployer-funded pension
