Manchester Staff is currently looking for a talented Marketing Executive to join a leading specialist providing tailor-made insurance solutions to meet the unique needs of clients.

Position Overview:

As a Marketing Executive, you will drive marketing efforts, have strong creative and analytical skills, and a proven track record of developing and implementing successful marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• In charge of content creation across website, social media and emails, making sure all channels are kept up to date.


• Plan and deliver inbound and outbound campaigns in line with the company plan.


• Lead on the development of brand identity, tone of voice and messaging.


• Represent the company and brand in the industry as required.


• Creating and developing company documents for internal and external use.


• Assisting in organizing hospitality and marketing events.


• Assisting different teams in helping to improve processes within the business and for the clients.


• Keeping systems with client and company data up to date.


• Liaising with current and potential clients, maintaining and developing relationships as well as looking for opportunities to cross-sell products.


• Maintain continuous professional development within the marketing and insurance arena to ensure all relevant news or updates are acted on appropriately.

Qualifications:

• Proven track record creating various short- and long-form content.


• Basic understanding of SEO and website management.


• Experience managing social media.


• Basic understanding of the Adobe suite or Canva with experience in design.


• Good understanding of Microsoft Office.


• Good understanding of the Google suite.


• Experienced and confident in dealing with partners/suppliers via email, phone and face-to-face.


• Strong professional written and verbal communication.


• Needs to have great organisational skills and be able to manage multiple projects and deadlines.


• Experience creating and delivering comprehensive marketing campaigns.


• Enthusiasm, positivity, and a solution-focused mentality.
