Salary – up to £70,000
Our client is the premier global provider of post-purchase customer experience software, revolutionizing the way brands engage with their customers. This is a newly created role for a Senior Communications Manager.
Reporting directly to the CMO, also based in London, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive communication strategies that elevate the brand visibility, enhance their reputation, and drive engagement with key stakeholders.
You will play a pivotal role in crafting compelling narratives, creating content, managing media relations, and driving integrated communications initiatives to support international growth objectives.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or related field;
7+ years of Corp Comms experience in global Technology or SaaS companies.
Proven track record of developing and executing successful communication strategies that drive brand awareness, reputation management, and stakeholder engagement.
Strong media relations skills with experience in securing press coverage and managing relationships with journalists and influencers.
Excellent writing and editing skills, with the ability to craft compelling narratives, press releases, and other communication materials.
Strategic thinker with the ability to translate business objectives into actionable communication plans and tactics.
Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media management, content management systems, and analytics tools.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously with tight deadlines.
Exceptional interpersonal and collaboration skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
