It’s an incredibly exciting time here at Space Ape Games. We have projects at all stages of the development cycle, along with a fast paced environment that promotes genuine autonomy. We officially launched our new match-3 puzzle game, Chrome Valley Customs, in 2023 and it has been a global success! Within its first 8 months we put the game on course to be Space Ape’s biggest game yet (raking in over $40M) but we’re not done! We want to make this game the biggest and best it can possibly be and we’re doubling down on the puzzle space with another exciting project behind the scenes. Not only that in 2023 we also added an extra title to our music game portfolio (Country Star) to build on the success of Beatstar! We are on a quest to find a Marketing Analyst to join our team to help enhance our marketing, player acquisition, and brand marketing strategies using data-driven insights.As a Marketing Analyst you will help our User Acquisition (UA) and Marketing teams make informed decisions through actionable insights. You will dive into acquisition data in order to uncover what makes a successful campaign tick. You will work closely with our UA, Analytics and Data Engineering teams in order to help shape campaign optimisation and support our games. There will also be opportunities to collaborate and build ties with leading industry experts such as the Supercell Analytics Team and their other investee companies.Responsibilities You will support the marketing team with proactive and ad-hoc analysis, deep dives and actionable recommendations in order to improve marketing performance You will own and drive the creation of self-service dashboards and tools to better understand performance long term; the first project being levelling up our creative data visibility. You will help us improve our measurement and optimisation tactics; the first one being levelling up our iOS measurement and optimisation. You will own the marketing analytics roadmap. Doing so you’ll work closely with UA managers, marketing managers and data engineers. You will assist and be a core contributor in the curation and automation of LTV predictive models. You will be the voice of marketing among the analytics team, and the voice of data in the marketing team. You’ll become an essential part of a fantastic growing team of analysts and marketeers as we set our sights to turn Chrome Valley Customs and our newest game, codenamed Treefrog, into $100M p/y games There is loads of UA data (and spend) to analyse over multiple games and genres You will be shaping how we market and promote a brand new game (Treefrog) We have a brand new CMO and are entering a new-age of marketing & UA; you can be a massive part of that evolution!
You have solid experience as a data analyst You are confident in cleaning, aggregating and joining data with SQL You have experience in and a passion for analysing marketing campaign performance You have a solid background in statistics that you use to provide context when conducting and analysing data
You have a
commercial mindset and/or interest
