Your new role
As a Senior Manufacturing Engineer, you will collaborate closely with our Planning, Production, and Quality Managers. Your primary responsibility will be to enhance our digital manufacturing processes, ensuring efficiency and refinement. You’ll play a pivotal role within our management team, contributing to our success and further career development opportunities.
What you'll need to succeed
Manufacturing Systems Expertise : Proficiency in MRP/ERP systems such as 123 Insight, Sage, or SAP.
Process Optimization : Knowledge of best-in-class manufacturing methods and continuous improvement techniques.
Quality Focus : Familiarity with ISO Quality Systems (#####/14001) and implementing changes in a production environment,
Collaboration Skills : Effective communication across various production-related departments,
Initiative and Accountability : Reliable and proactive, with a desire to enhance manufacturing efficiency,
Analytical Mindset : Eye for detail, logical problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
