Role Description
Experience and knowledge with component manufacturing, industrialisation, and validation, including activities such as: Failure modes / Effects analysis / Control Plans / First Article Inspection Reports
Experience in manufacturing engineering with a focus in materials & developments
Knowledge of lean manufacturing processes
Experience of working closely with customers and suppliers
Engineering degree or relevant experience in a relevant field such as mechanical, manufacturing, process, general engineering etc.
Ability to read CAD drawings, 3D models, to determine manufacturing know how and capabilities from these
Skills and Qualifications
Engineering based education path
Ability to work in a fast-paced / cross-functional team environment
Ability to establish priorities, work independently, and set personal and team objectives
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to build strong internal and external relationships
