Senior Manufacturing Engineer

A Senior Manufacturing Engineer with experience of working within electronic manufacturing, who possesses good knowledge of manufacturing processes and quality control as well as having the ability to be a strong Team Leader, will join an award-winning technology company in North Cambridge.Our Client seeks a Senior Manufacturing Engineer who holds a Manufacturing or Engineering Degree (or equivalent work experience), who can communicate effectively at all levels, who can confidently ensure efficient production processes and can maintain high quality standards.You will play a crucial role in coordinating and supervising the day to day activities of the manufacturing team, whilst driving continuous improvement.Requirements for this Manufacturing role include:
* Previous experience working in a Manufacturing Team Leadership role.
* A background working in an Electronic Manufacturing environment.
* Excellent knowledge of manufacturing processes and quality control.
* Experience with MRP/ERP packages.
* Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement.
* Ability to analyse data.
