Job DescriptionSenior Manufacturing EngineerLocation: CoventrySalary: ~£50,000 per annum, plus benefits packageWorking Pattern: Hybrid (3 days in office)A market leader in the design and manufacturing of low power consumable goods are looking for a Senior Manufacturing Engineer to join their team on a permanent basis to help in the expansion of the New Production Introduction (NPI) team.This role will entail collaboration of all internal functions at a technical level and work with the external CEMs to develop manufacturing and testing processes for a new range of products across the business.Key responsibilities:Ensure the effective and general launch of all new products and product variations within the business.Collaborate with the R&D team in order to review and lead the generation of production and testing equipment, jigs and fixtures with vision at he earliest stage of production.Review of new product designs and provide feedback on methods to improve the designs for both functionality and manufacturing of products to ensure high quality yieldsSkills Required:Expertise in automated production manufacturing systems and introduction of new products, particularly with the small electronics products arena.Excellent working knowledge in electronics, mechanical design and packaging processes.**Please note: Full UK working rights are required for this role as sponsorship cannot be offered. **For more information, please apply now or get in touch via the supplier contact information.
