Job Role: Senior Manager
Location: Letchworth
Salary: £65,000 - £85,000

Responsibilities:
Serve as the lead relationship contact for a portfolio of clients.
Build and sustain long-lasting client relationships.
Manage, lead and mentor a team.
Enhance the quality and value of the services we provide.
Maintain and enhance existing client relationships, ensuring service levels are met and exploring commercial, tax, and business planning opportunities.
Experience
At least 5 years of post-qualification experience.
Proactive approach to tasks, whether large or small.
Thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Previous leadership experience.
Experience managing a portfolio of clients.
Skilled in identifying and converting opportunities.
Ability to work independently.
Passionate about building relationships and getting to know people.
